Hatha & Yin Yoga

On Tuesday evening you will learn the practice of Hatha Yoga, with a sprinkle of joy, flowing movements & laughter thrown in to invigorate and balance the body.

On Wednesday evenings we’ll visit the practice of Yin Yoga to rest, release & restore the body back into a calm state.

We’ll explore asana (through correct alignment & use of props), pranayama (breath control), meditation & yoga philosophy (ancient wisdom & ethics) to directly connect us to the self & to the elements & strengths of the universe. It’s all there for us…we just need to slow down & tune in.
