Pilates Exercise & Mindful Movement Classes
Designed to safely condition both body and mind to maximise the precision of muscle control, strength and flexibility in a balanced sequence – focusing on quality of movement rather than quantity – creating body awareness, stamina and coordination.
Yoga & Meditation
These classes are taught in an inclusive and choice-based manner with a trauma-informed lens. Whilst you will be guided through a pre-planned sequence of movement, breathing and meditation practices, everything is invitational and Alicia will always celebrate you choosing the options that best honour your needs.
Bop-it Tots
Music, movement and multi-sensory classes for pre-schoolers and their parents/carers. Each class incorporates a variety of equipment from hula hoops, bean bags and ribbons to musical instruments, parachute games, bubbles and balloons – anything that intrigues children to be active.
Mindful Kids Movement
Watch your child’s peace of mind, balance, dexterity, breathing and heart/mind/body connection grow. Nichola has over 22years experience supporting children as a teacher and yoga instructor.
Breath Connection
Breathwork encourages a positive mindset that embraces your true creative potential releasing restrictive beliefs, trauma and fears. Learn life changing techniques in a supportive environment and be empowered to accept that everything you experience is created by you and for you.
